Do you ever get really hungry in the afternoon, but don't know what to eat!? 
You have your secret stash of junk food, and you're in the mood for something sweet? 
Now is when it makes the difference!
It is fine to have junk food, you just need to have it in moderation. 

Here is a little chart that might be able to help you define what it is your body really needs when you are craving sugar and chocolate!


Ok, so how do we fix the craving, yet make sure we are getting the fruit our body needs?
Simple!
We make banana pancakes!

This recipe is super easy, and tastes suprisingly good!

What you need:

One ripe banana
One egg
One teaspoon of peanut butter
One teaspoon of cocoa powder
One teaspoon of honey

What to do:

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. 
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
 Dust pancakes with cinnamon sugar or maple syrup and serve! 

So easy! These pancakes kick afternoon cravings to the curb, and are filled with protein!
