This afternoon we are going to meet in Fitness again! Let's do this!
Today's workout will strengthen our core, and our hearts!
Warm up:
5 minutes on the bikes, medium difficulty
Stretches
Work out:
Alternating Single-Leg glute bridge, 3 sets, 15 reps each leg
Plank, 3 sets, 30 second hold
Side plank, 3 sets, 20 second hold
Squats, 3 sets, 15 reps
Walking lunges x 40
Plank with Hip Extension, 3 sets, 15 reps
Crunches x 30
Full sit ups x 30
Leg raises x 100
Warm down:
5 minutes on the bikes, medium difficulty
or
5 minutes power walk or jog on treadmills
Stretches
